Ham in the PC kitchen is stacked above the load limit and packed in a container prohibiting it from maintaining a safe temperature. Store items directly in the containers designed for the top portion of this unit. New Violation. To be Corrected By: 06/25/2025

A follow-up inspection will be conducted and is subject to a regulatory fee.
Facility must register additional food safety managers (CFSM) with this Department. A CFSM must be on premise during all hours of kitchen prep and operation.
Notes: -Begin replacing household refrigerators and equipment in satellite kitchens with ANSI certified units in the satellite kitchens. -Monitor fruit flies in PC satellite kitchen
